Hospitality Operations Supervisor

Coordinate people, activities, and services to turn the daily operations of the property into a high-quality experience for our guests.

You will join the Camping Sass Dlacia team in a central role, coordinating day-to-day operations and supporting Management.

You will act as a key link between the different operational departments, helping ensure organisation, continuity, and service quality, with equal attention to both the people working at the property and the guest experience.

We are looking for someone dynamic and well organised, able to identify priorities, coordinate workflows, and step in with a practical approach when needed.
- Oversee the daily operations of the property, coordinating and supporting the different departments.
- Work closely with Reception, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and other services to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Support Management with operational priorities, staff coordination, and day-to-day organisation.
- Handle operational issues, guest requests,



and situations that require coordination across multiple departments.
- Ensure company standards are followed and help maintain high levels of organisation, safety, and service quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, work organisation, and the overall guest experience.

An organised, confident, and people- and results-oriented person, able to coordinate different activities while maintaining an overall view of the property.

We are looking for someone with experience in hospitality or in operational and coordination roles, with strong interpersonal skills, hands‑on leadership, and a practical approach to problem solving.

Knowledge of the different departments within a hospitality property, experience coordinating teams, and foreign language skills are a plus. What matters most to us is organisation, reliability, guest focus, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset.
