About the Role
Identis/Matica is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist to support the Product Management team in the execution and maintenance of product-related processes across hardware, consumables, spare parts, laminates, and customized customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end hologram/laminate generation process for customer-specific projects.
- Support the creation and management of custom activation labels.
- Coordinate the development and manufacture of custom embossing character sets, particularly for metal plate embosser projects.
- Support passport printer quotation activities and product configuration requirements.
- Create and maintain ribbon part numbers and identification tags.
- Support ribbon encoding activities and related code management.
- Maintain spare parts pricing information and support updates of Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL).
- Collaborate with Technical Support, R&D;, and TCC teams to ensure spare parts information remains accurate and up to date.
- Define and manage part numbers (P/Ns) for products and configurations.
- Support the insertion and maintenance of spare part codes in SAP.
- Prepare pricing and quotations for products not included in the standard price book.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Exc
