Our mission is to deliver efficient, innovative and results‑driven management, supported by scalable systems, digitalization and operational excellence.As part of our strategic expansion into Italy and the upcoming opening of a new Vignette Collection resort in Sicily, we are seeking a General Manager with strong leadership skills, strategic vision and a passion for luxury hospitality, ready to lead this landmark project and position the resort as a leading destination in both national and international markets.ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold luxury standards.Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive overall performance.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across F&B;, commercial, and rooms management to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.Quality Assurance:
