Content Creation and Management Specialist
Ferrari Fashion School is looking for a junior Content Creation and Management Specialist to join its team in Milan.
Ferrari Fashion School is a higher education institution specialising in fashion and luxury and part of Plena Education, a group bringing together six higher education institutions.
We are looking for someone who can combine content creation, writing and social media management with curiosity and critical thinking. The role requires the ability to understand what makes a story relevant, identify the right angle and translate what happens every day at the School into engaging content for different audiences and platforms.
What you will do
You will contribute to the development and day-to-day management of Ferrari Fashion School's digital content, working closely with the School's team and interacting regularly with students, lecturers, alumni and industry guests.
Your activities will include
- creating original content for social media, particularly Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn;
- developing ideas, formats and editorial angles aligned with the School's identity and communication strategy;
- writing and editing copy in both English and Italian;
- shooting and editing short-form video content, interviews, behind-the-scenes content and coverage of lectures, projects, events and student activities;
- managing the social media editorial calendar and supporting content scheduling and publishing;
- identifying stories and content opportunities through direct interaction with students and lecturers;
- adapting content, tone of voice and formats to different channels and audiences;
- monitoring content performance and using insights to improve future content;
What are looking for An important requirement for this role is critical thinking. We are looking for someone who does not simply execute a brief,
but is able to ask questions, understand context, recognise what is interesting, propose how to communicate it, iterate on ideas and continuously assess the effectiveness of their work.
You should have
- excellent writing skills in English and Italian;
- a strong interest in content, storytelling, social media and visual communication;
- the ability to develop ideas and turn them into clear, engaging content;
- confidence in interacting with students, lecturers and professionals from different backgrounds;
- good organisational skills and the ability to manage different content streams and deadlines;
- attention to detail and sensitivity to tone of voice, language and visual identity;
- an interest in fashion and the creative industries.
Tools The role will involve video and visual content production using tools such as CapCut and Canva, as well as the main social media publishing and management platforms.
Previous experience with video editing is an advantage, but we do not expect candidates to already master every tool: some technical skills can be developed on the job. What matters most is having a good visual eye, an aptitude for learning and a strong understanding of how content works.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or After Effects would be considered a plus.
The Opportunity
This is a junior position offering the opportunity to work at the intersection of fashion, education, culture and digital communication, within an international academic environment and in direct contact with students, lecturers and industry professionals.
The position is based on site in Milan.
We are open to considering both an extracurricular internship and a junior employment position, depending on the candidate's profile and previous experience.
