In 2013 I was a fresh graduate in Barcelona hearing nothing back from anyone. My father — twenty years an Emirates pilot, newly retired — was buying an apartment in Dubai. He asked the brokerage a favour: would they interview his son?

Straight talkCommission only means what it says: there is no salary. Some agents get to a stable income within their first couple of months; for others it takes longer. That is why we recommend roughly six months of savings — runway to learn the market and build a proper pipeline. Beyond that there is no ceiling: commission is 50-70%, paid daily.
