For our Laives (BZ) Engineering Center, we are looking for an:

Advanced Development Engineer (m/f/x)

Where we need you

As an Advanced Development Engineer you will play a central role within our R&D; organization, supervising and coordinating research projects focused on the development of new products and manufacturing processes. The position is strongly oriented toward product/technology innovation and industrial implementation.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projects
- Plan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partners
- Contribute to the development of new products and product improvements, supporting applications in propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight design
- Promote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organization

How to convince us

- Degree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience in a related technical field




- Knowledge of material technologies, especially polymers and composite materials
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
- Good English and either Italian or German
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting from 30.000,00 €. Any variation from the indicated salary may be considered based on skills, experience, or objective, gender-neutral factors such as: levels of experience and professional autonomy significantly different from those required for the role; specific knowledge, skills, and experience deemed strategic to the company's objectives; or particular market conditions that require different compensation arrangements to attract qualified candidates.
