Our team, which normally consists of 2 or 3 people, is responsible for ensuring the full compatibility of microwave radio devices developed in our hardware labs in accordance with international standards (mainly for the European and US markets) relating to safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
As Test Engineer Trainee you will interact with other teams/labs inside and outside X-Haul, in a multicultural and worldwide context.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Assemble and configure the telecommunications equipment to be tested in the measurement environment.
- Work closely with product designers and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve EMC test failures.
- Review technical requirements to ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute EMC testing activities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide on-site support during outsourced EMC validation activities, including international travel when required.
- Review and contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, validation reports, and compliance records.
