Senior SharePoint Specialist (m/f/x)
Main responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and delivery of solutions based on SharePoint (Online/On-Prem if applicable), Power Platform and Project Online (PWA) Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and propose scalable architectures within the Microsoft ecosystem,
limited to the apps in his responsibility area
- Build and maintain Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and integrations, Dataverse data model, Power BI reporting and dashboards
- Configure and enhance Project Online (e.g., PWA configuration, custom fields, workflows, reporting, integration with M365 tools) and support the migration to MS Planner Premium
- Develop customizations and integrations (where required) using modern development practices (APIs, scripting, automation, extensions)
- Own and support project activities: planning, scope management, risk/issue tracking, status reporting, steering updates, and delivery governance
- Manage relationships with external partners/vendors: coordination, alignment on deliverables, review of technical outputs, and quality control
- Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and adoption support (training materials, user guides, workshops).
