Quality Manager
Role and Responsibilities:
Defining, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the company's Quality Management System, ensuring that products, manufacturing processes, and suppliers consistently meet customer requirements, applicable standards, and internal quality targets. Ensuring quality and environmental compliance (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) and internal requirements. The role has overall responsibility for quality across the manufacturing operations for the industrial automation market, with a strong focus on product reliability, process capability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Significant experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in electromechanical, industrial automation, or related industry
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001/IATF and Quality Management Systems
- Experience with manufacturing process control, product testing, non-conformity management, and continuous improvement
- Experience in customer and supplier quality management
- Familiarity with quality methodologies and tools such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and CAPA
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
