Join our Global Quality team within Hitachi Energy’s High Voltage business and help shape the future of Master Data Management across a global organization.
In this role, you will define and drive the governance framework for master data across the High Voltage business. Working closely with senior stakeholders across functions, you will improve data quality, establish clear ownership, and help create the trusted data foundations needed to support digitalization, automation, and future business growth.
You will play a key role in aligning business and functional teams around common standards, governance processes, and data quality objectives. The position offers broad exposure across the organization and the opportunity to influence how critical business data is managed and utilized globally.
Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to drive change across a complex international organization, and a genuine interest in improving business processes through effective data governance. Define and govern the global Master Data Management (MDM)
framework across the High Voltage business.
Identify critical master data objects, ownership structures, lifecycle requirements, and business usage.
Establish governance processes, standards, roles, and responsibilities for master data management.
Drive organizational adoption of master data governance practices and support change management initiatives across the business.
Partner with business and functional stakeholders to align priorities and master data requirements.
Drive initiatives that improve data quality, consistency, transparency, and trust across systems and processes.
Support digitalization and AI readiness through scalable and reliable data foundations.
Monitor master data performance through KPIs, governance reviews, and continuous improvement programs.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to harmonize master data processes globally.
