About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant General Manager to lead our Osnago manufacturing site — a strategically important facility producing high‑value medical devices, inhalation systems, and healthcare packaging for highly regulated markets.
This role has full accountability for site performance, combining safety, quality, operational excellence, people leadership, and financial delivery. You will lead a large, complex operation running 7 days a week, while shaping the site’s long‑term competitiveness, innovation capability, and sustainability performance within Amcor’s European ope
