The role involves reviewing and drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and providing guidance on legal matters. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal risks and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all legal processes.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong research and analytical skills to assess legal risks and solutions.
