The site is in fact carbon neutral since 2015 and since 2018 is also a waterloop factory that is a production site which consumes water solelyas a raw material for products and not for other uses.We Are Looking ForFlows Engineer is responsible for ensuring the full availability of flow systems to serve the Production Units in the distribution of packaging and raw materials and in the collection of finished products, acting with a view to continuous improvement in both organizational and design dimensions. The role combines strategic vision, advanced management of logistical flows, and digital transformation to enable an increasingly smart, efficient, and safe Plant.Mission & Main ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and coordinate medium-to-long-term projects regarding flow optimization (e.g., logistic flows modifications, new automation solutions, etc…)Conduct critical analysis on service indicators in order to identify action plans useful for managing identified issues, through a digital & data-driven approachTransform the collection and analysis of department data into a competitive advantage through digital tools and AI-based solutionsDeve
