As their Italian business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support and develop their people strategy in the region.
As the HR Operations Specialist for Italy, you will act as a trusted partner to both employees and business leaders, ensuring HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives are delivered to the highest standard.
Partnering with managers to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectivesEnsuring compliance with Italian labour law and employment regulationsSupporting employee relations and fostering a positive workplace cultureManaging onboarding, talent acquisition support, and employee development initiativesMaintaining HR systems, records, and administrative processesCoordinating training and development programmesAdvising stakeholders on compensation, benefits, performance management, and organisational designWhat We're Looking For: Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related disciplineHR experience, ideally within a multinational or international organisationStrong knowledge of Italian payroll and labour relationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindsetFluent Italian (C2) and a strong level of EnglishExperience with HR reporting and communication tools is advantageousWhy Join?
