Role & responsibilities
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and minimum 10 years experience in API 5B /API 5CT threading product manufacturing and 5 year experience as Management representative maintained quality management system in accordance with API Q1 10 edition.
Or
Diploma in Mechanical engineering and minimum 15 years experience in API 5B /API 5CT threading product manufacturing and 8 year experience as Management representative maintained quality management system in accordance with API Q1 10 edition.
2. Certified lead auditor in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
3. Knowledge of API 5B Threading, Gauging, and Inspection of Casing, Tubing, and Line Pipe Threads and internal verification of Threading, Gauging, and Inspection gauges.
4. Knowledge of preparation of Quality assurance plan,
process sheet, quality management system procedure, Work Instruction, manufacturing quality procedure & certificate of conformation.
5. Knowledge of internal audit planning , performing , monitoring
6. Knowledge of risk assessment, contingency plan, corrective action, data and trend analysis, MOC and MRM.
7. Knowledge of ASTM standards
8. Knowledge of maintaining quality management system in accordance with API Q1.
9. Knowledge of calibration and mechanical testing
10. Knowledge of profile projector operation.
