Your Mission Reporting to the GY Italia General Manager with reporting duties to the Legal Director Europe (both members of the Executive Committee of the European BU), you will support commercial activity in the italian region.
As Legal Counsel for Italy, you will report to the GY Italia General Manager with reporting duties to the Legal Director Europe. You will support GreenYellow’s commercial activity across Italy, ensuring legal rigor and business alignment across the region.
A few examples of your responsibilities:
Implement GreenYellow’s contractual policy on commercial agreements with suppliers and customers (purchase agreements, EPC, PPAs, energy efficiency contracts), including drafting, review, and monitoring.
Provide support and advice to operational teams (sales, technical, finance, etc.) on legal matters affecting day‑to‑day business.
Contribute to the drafting and continuous improvement of contract templates.
