Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an Analog IC Design Engineer to join a fast-growing team working on the design and development of cutting-edge silicon transceiver solutions for ultra-high bandwidth, low latency optical interconnects targeting generative AI, cellular, and high-bandwidth data transfer applications. You will have a proven track record in designing high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits for SerDes applications in advanced CMOS FinFET technologies.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborating with photonics, silicon and system engineering teams to develop and optimise proprietary SerDes architectures, including the development of key design specifications
- Designing and developing key SerDes silicon IP such as high bandwidth receive and transmit amplifiers, Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs), Delay-Locked Loops (DLLs), Equalizers (CTLE, DFE, FFE), Clock Recovery Circuits and Samplers
- Designing and developing general purpose analog building blocks (bias g
