As part of our strategic expansion into Italy and the upcoming opening of a new Vignette Collection resort in Sicily, we are seeking a General Manager with strong leadership skills, strategic vision and a passion for luxury hospitality, ready to lead this landmark project and position the resort as a leading destination in both national and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold luxury standards.
- Team Management:



Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive overall performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across F&B;, commercial, and rooms management to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with brand standards and continuously identify opportunities for service improvement.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a General Manager or senior management role within 4/5-star luxury properties.
- Strong background in F&B;, commercial operations, and rooms management.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in both English and Italian.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional g
