This is a fully remote field-based role with no daily office attendance required.You will be based in (Milan, Italy) and take charge of local & regional client development, business visits and market expansion with necessary regional travel.
Requirements
Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a science or engineering discipline, or with relevant industry marketing experience.
Overseas market resources and industry experience in the new energy sector are preferred.
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; fluency in the local language of the target market.
Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Responsible for market development and expansion of the company’s products, including customer development, business communication, commercial negotiations, customer relationship maintenance, and customer file compilation, in order to achieve sales targets.
Assist distributors or business partners in planning market expansion strategies,
and regularly summarize market and marketing activities.
Responsible for monitoring industry and competitor dynamics, market regulations and policies related to the products, as well as analyzing market conditions and trends.
Based on the company’s development goals, think from an overall perspective and plan the company’s overseas market development strategy.
Take the lead in driving the full-cycle international market expansion of the company’s product portfolio, covering prospecting, business engagement and negotiations, customer management, and detailed customer file compilation, in order to achieve agreed sales targets.
Provide strategic recommendations on market penetration roadmaps for distributors and alliance partners, and regularly review marketing performance and field intelligence.
