About The Team And The Role
The Category & C2C Associate will support the execution of strategic initiatives across eBay's Focus Categories in Italy. The role will contribute to the rollout of new features, support seller campaigns and events, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are relevant and effective for the Italian market.
What You Will Accomplish
- Provide support for the rollout of new features in Italy, with an initial focus on Collectibles. Examples of new features include Coins grading, Collectibles grading and AG.
- Help review and validate customer-facing materials requiring localization, ensuring Italian language, tone, and terminology resonate authentically with passionate collectors communities.
- Operate in cross functional teams
- Organise seller campaigns and events when needed, including potential direct interactions.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ y experience in e-commerce, category management, consulting or similar roles.
- First-hand experience buying or selling on eBay or competitor platforms/online
- Ability to analyse data, extract key insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong execution & communication skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfort working in a fa
