Key Responsibilities
Contract & Asset Administration
- Administer site management agreements, leases, subleases, rooftop easements, and similar contractual arrangements.
- Review legal documentation and contractual terms, identifying risks, discrepancies, and required actions.
- Track expiring tenant agreements and negotiate extensions under favorable commercial terms.
Financial Oversight & Data Accuracy
- Collaborate with Finance and Administration to ensure billing and
