What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of IAM/IGA-related applications and services using C# and .NET.
- Take technical ownership of solutions and drive architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
- Design and implement REST APIs, integrations, microservices,
and service-oriented architectures.
- Analyze complex technical and integration requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Conduct and facilitate code reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles.
- Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and customer stakeholders to define and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Drive knowledge transfer and transition activities, capturing technical know-how, architecture, operational procedures, and development practices from existing teams and partners.
- Build and maintain technical documentation to ensure sustainable knowledge retention within the team.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their technical development and contributing to the growth of the engineering team.
