Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important Cosmetics Company, we are looking for a:
HR - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)
Main responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting processes from the initial briefing to the hiring;
- Publish advertisements on specific recruiting channels and screen CVs;
- Manage contacts with recruiting agencies;
- Keep recruiting files and database updated.
Requirements:
- 1/2 years previous experience in recruiting;
- English fluent;
- Curious, open minded, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment;
- Amazing communicator;
- Problem solver with fast decision-making and a hands-on approach.
Location:Milan
