YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As CVM Manager - Europe you are responsible for planning, developing and executing the European Client Value Management (CVM) roadmap, with the objective of driving client loyalty, retention, reactivation and acquisition through a data-driven and client-centric approach.
Reporting to the Head of Client Engagement & CVM - Europe, the role translates customer data and insights into actionable commercial strategies, driving clienteling excellence and strengthening a consistent client engagement culture across the European retail network.
