Play a key role in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations by aligning material availability and production plans with customer demand. Responsibilities Include
- Support short-term production and supply planning within the planning time fence based on demand and supply signals.
- Assist in production scheduling and material planning activities in coordination with Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Monitor planning exceptions and material shortages using ERP and planning systems, following defined procedures and escalation rules.
- Track execution versus plan and follow up on delays, non-executed schedules, or supply constraints.
- Support actions to minimize backorders and service disruptions.
- Ensure adherence to SIOP processes, logistics standards, and internal supply chain policies.
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities, including road and ocean freight, coordinating with Logistics Coordinator as needed.
- Support import activities for raw materials
