As we expand our presence in Italy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the establishment and success of our team in Milan This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and culture of a dynamic and ambitious team. As a key member of the Italy Northwest team, you will collaborate with colleagues to drive our mission forward while fostering a motivated and innovative work environment.
Your role in this journey
- Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mostly by cold calling) to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
- Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Be rigorous in activity tracking and monitor your completion of monthly targets.
- Conduct regular business trips to your focus regions and gain valuable market insights.
- Support the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu.
- Help in organising events to promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.
- Travel to our Catania office for one working week per quarter, (accommodation costs covered by the company) to collaborate closely with your team and participate in trainings and team activities.
