Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an Analog IC Design Engineer to join a fast-growing team working on the design and development of cutting-edge silicon transceiver solutions for ultra-high bandwidth, low latency optical interconnects targeting generative AI, cellular, and high-bandwidth data transfer applications. You will have a proven track record in designing high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits for SerDes applications in advanced CMOS FinFET technologies.
What will you be doing?
Collaborating with photonics, silicon and system engineering teams to develop and optimise proprietary SerDes architectures, including the development of key design specifications
Designing and developing key SerDes silicon IP such as high bandwidth receive and transmit amplifiers, Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs), Delay-Locked Loops (DLLs), Equalizers (CTLE, DFE, FFE), Clock Recovery Circuits and Samplers
Designing and developing general purpos
