In this role, you will lead manufacturing operations for the C-Ball product line, driving safety, quality, delivery performance, and operational excellence across assembly and testing activities. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and other key partners to support business objectives, optimize production processes, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead daily production activities across assembly, lapping, testing, and related manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery,
and productivity objectives are achieved.
- Lead, coach, and support production leaders and manufacturing employees, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production Control, and Maintenance teams to establish priorities and ensure effective execution of production plans.
- Coordinate mechanical assembly and testing activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and operational requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, waste reduction, quality enhancement, and process efficiency.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement su
