Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to production teams to resolve process and equipment issues.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing problems.
- Perform time studies and work measurement analysis to establish and maintain labor standards.
- Analyze manufacturing routings, process flows, and work content to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
- Develop standard work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
- Monitor production performance against established labor standards and identify corrective actions.
- Help implement process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing projects, including 5S, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects.
- Coordinate and support installation, validation, and maintenance of tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Support new product introduction and manufacturing transfer activities.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Train operators on new processes, and work instructions.
- Help maintain manufacturing master data, routings, and production documentation within ERP systems.
The Essentials - You Will Have
- Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
