Responsabilità
Review KPI and monitoring systems to achieve goals Develop process-supporting documents (SOP, PFMEA, drawings) Lead and support Lean initiatives (5S, SMED)
Analyze inputs and data to identify patterns and design workflows Support ongoing process monitoring, understanding, and improvement Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environment requirements Create training materials and deliver training
Requisiti fondamentali
Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Informatics Engineering or equivalent Experience driving innovative ideas with focus on digital solutions Experience in medium-structured companies or engineering consultancy Experience understanding and meeting customer needs in process optimization Excellent written and spoken English strong attention to detail ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously cross-functional collaboration Lean project execution (5S, SMED) PFMEA SOP development
