Responsabilità
Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in your market segment Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn Build and nurture client relationships,
uncovering pain points and growth opportunities Be the voice of the customer by sharing product and operational feedback with internal stakeholders Ensure high-quality day-to-day customer experience and timely response to requests Drive adoption of Deel features to improve retention and satisfaction
Requisiti fondamentali
Minimum 2+ years of relevant, client-facing experience Experience in fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity Strong relationship-building with calm demeanor under stress Quantitatively inclined with ability to draw insights from data Self-starter with growth mindset and high responsibility Proven track record of achievement and ability to impact business outcomes Strong analytical foundation and ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations Curious and impact-driven relationship architect calm under pressure collaborative team player data analysis synthesizing complex data into recommendations stakeholder management
