Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts within the market segment Identify and flag risks to prevent churn and coordinate swift internal resolution Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews Represent the voice of the customer by feeding back product and operational insights Ensure high-quality,
day-to-day customer experience and timely handling of requests Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response and completion of requests Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention
Requisiti fondamentali
Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience with client-facing roles Experience in at least one of: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity Strong relationship-building skills and ability to stay calm under pressure Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy; able to draw insights from complex data and make actionable recommendations Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to handle fast-paced, high-responsibility environments Proven track record of achievement and delivering measurable business impact Strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data Curious and motivated to make an impact Relationship builder Calm under pressure Collaborative Data analysis Ability to derive insights from complex datasets Synthesis of numbers into actionable recommendations
