Overview As a Software Development Engineer for Discover, you help shape how brands track presence, benchmark performance, and uncover AI-driven insights. You’ll work in a fast-moving, pod-based team to deploy new features from architecture through to production, while modernizing the tech stack. You will apply frontend expertise with React/Redux and contribute to scalable data pipelines and AI-enabled analytics that support customer retention and data trust. This is a hands-on role in a globally distributed tech group, with a clear impact on product strategy and user experience.
Responsabilità
Design and implement new features from architecture to market delivery Refactor and modernize existing features to reduce complexity Serve as frontend expert in React and Redux, guiding best practices Architect efficient database schemas for new or improved implementations Collaborate with product, design, and QA to translate requirements into reliable features Promote code quality with well-structured,
tested code and industry best practices Drive AI-led improvements across tooling, docs, and processes Enhance performance and maintainability of the codebase Support a fast-paced, ownership-driven pod culture
Requisiti fondamentali
Master in Computer Science 2+ years of full-stack SaaS experience 2+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with or interest in AI-assisted development workflows Strong expertise with React Experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs Experience with modern data platforms or search engines (Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, ElasticSearch) Understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and schema evolution in large-scale systems Fluent in English Energetic and self-motivated Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams Problem solving and ability to break down tasks TypeScript Python Java
