Overview As SAP FI Specialist, you will manage and optimize core SAP FI processes within our S/4HANA Finance landscape. You will collaborate with finance and business stakeholders across countries, ensuring reliable, compliant financial operations and smooth end-to-end integrations with MM, SD, and CO. You will contribute to monthly and yearly closings, incidents, SIT/UAT cycles, rollouts, and continuous improvements. This role offers the chance to shape finance processes in a regulated, international pharma setting.
Responsabilità
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders across countries to support day-to-day operations and project activities Maintain and improve core SAP FI processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury) and ensure proper configuration Align SAP FI solutions with business needs and integrated modules (MM, SD, CO) Contribute to monthly and yearly closing activities, incident analysis, SIT/UAT cycles, and rollouts Drive continuous improvement to achieve process harmonization, system reliability,
and regulatory compliance Support end-to-end process execution and compliance with regulated-industry requirements Engage with IT and business to align with international pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Requisiti fondamentali
At least 3 years of experience in analyzing business processes and translating requirements into SAP solutions Experience in SAP FI with system customizing and configuration Experience with integration scenarios involving MM, SD, CO, and e-invoicing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive mindset and ownership Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities Fluent in Italian and English analytical thinking proactive mindset ownership SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Treasury) SAP S/4HANA Finance module integration (MM, SD, CO)
