Overview In this role you provide after-sales and technical support across Panasonic’s refrigeration product range for Europe. You collaborate with Local Sales Offices, offering on-site diagnostics and solutions, and support pre-sales, projects, and key customers. You’ll create a technical library, issue bulletins, and help train service teams. The position blends field work with cross-border coordination to sustain customer satisfaction and product uptime.

Responsabilità
Provide after-sales support and solutions across Europe for LSO networks Support on-site diagnostics and issue resolution Support pre-sales activities within Europe Assist in project revisions for special initiatives Engage with a subset of major customers directly Create and maintain a general technical library for internal and LSO use Produce technical bulletins explaining concepts to service teams Offer help and documentation for training and knowledge transfer Visit sites to perform initial diagnostics and deliver solutions Liaise with factory for topic-specific guidance All above pertain to main activities 2 and 3 (ANNEX1)
Requisiti fondamentali
Technician in thermal field Minimum 5 years of after-sales experience in Commercial Refrigeration / Chillers / Rooftop or equivalent General refrigeration and air conditioning knowledge Proficiency with software specific to the refrigeration sector Fluent in English General refrigeration and air conditioning knowledge Proficiency in using refrigeration sector software
