Overview In this role you will oversee the financial management of a project portfolio, guiding financial transparency and reporting. You work with project teams to ensure robust controls and accurate forecasting, while supporting the Project Manager as a finance partner. You will contribute to strategic decisions with reliable financial data and manage complex project finance processes in an international environment.

Responsabilità
Manage project accounting following company guidelines Organise project reviews from start to end of each contract Oversee controlling and financial reporting per internal controls Ensure project finance is accurate and in line with Alstom rules Act as finance partner to the Project Manager and project team Prepare project review content and periodic financial presentations Understand project documents and manage financial implications Produce financial project reporting (forecast cash flow, revenue gross margin)
Maintain internal controls and DoA compliance Coordinate onshore/offshore project establishment with local finance Monitor financial movements and reconcile project results Interface with tax, treasury, insurance, and contract management Ensure consistency of internal/external claims and risk valuation reporting Provide management with reliable data for decision-making Ad-hoc project reporting and investigations Ensure alignment with project teams (Planner, Sourcing)
Requisiti fondamentali
2/3 years minimum relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation and controlling; risk valuation; presenting financial data to leadership University degree in Finance or other relevant degree, or equivalent English mandatory High integrity and dependability Strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Resilience under pressure Project controlling Financial reporting and consolidation Cash flow forecasting and revenue gross margin analysis
