Overview In this role you drive the sale of SailPoint’s Identity Security solution to strategic accounts. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored value propositions and manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing. You’ll compete with MS, Okta and Saviynt, while leading a virtual team of partners, presales, and services to win deals. You’ll work in a fast-growing, collaborative culture with a focus on customer success and channel partnerships. This is a remote position with significant travel.

Responsabilità

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas Address customer and partner inquiries with tailored solutions Develop and execute business and territory plans Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to drive plans and opportunities Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint advantages Own the sales cycle from qualification to closing including RFPs and negotiations Foster deep knowledge of territory customers, partners,



and competitors Navigate discussions with stakeholders from business to technical decision-makers Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting Prepare and present plans and forecasts to management Build and maintain customer references and case studies for pipeline Create opportunity and account plans for key accounts Coordinate with virtual team to enable sales motions Present SailPoint value proposition to management and customers

Requisiti fondamentali

Exceed revenue quota targets regularly Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with partners Strong discovery and qualification skills Experience in enterprise software or security solutions preferred Ability to develop territory and account plans and drive pipeline Proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline forecasting Willingness to travel ~50% Bachelor's degree or global equivalent preferred but not required strong communication team leadership customer-centric Salesforce Clari HighSpot
