Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end bid management for EMEA, shaping proposals that align with city priorities and Lime’s mission. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft competitive responses to RFPs and related processes. You’ll manage timelines, ensure compliant, well-researched submissions, and translate complex procurement documents into clear, compelling bid content. The position offers exposure to global markets, cross-team collaboration, and high-impact city-focused initiatives.

Responsabilità

Lead end-to-end bid management from kickoff to submission Write clear, compelling content for RFPs/RFIs and permits Own review and revision cycles for proposals Develop themes, narratives, and messaging with design/content teams Analyze procurement documents to identify priorities, criteria, and scoring Coordinate with local operations, policy teams, and cross-functional partners across regions Leverage best practices, toolkits,



and content libraries across the proposal team Travel to key markets for pre-tender planning and workshops

Requisiti fondamentali

5+ years of relevant experience in content writing and project management Experience reading and analyzing regulations, bid documents, or city planning documents in German or Italian markets Excellent writing skills in German or Italian; ability to resonate with diverse audiences Strong organizational skills and process orientation Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across time zones; good judgment on escalation Calm under pressure with a track record of delivering error-free work Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred Public or private sector procurement experience is a plus Fluent English; native German or Italian writing skills strong written and verbal communication stakeholder management cross-functional collaboration bid management content development for RFPs/RFIs regulation/document analysis
