Overview As Salesforce Solution Analyst at Siemens, you will help design and implement the SF RCA CPQ platform within the Global Business Transformation effort. You will bridge business needs and IT solutions, collaborating with an agile team to deliver value across SI IT applications and ERP interfaces. You will elicit requirements, craft user stories, and oversee quality and progress with PO, architects, PMs, and developers. This role offers exposure to international teams, a modern CPQ stack, and a chance to shape how Siemens sells and delivers its solutions. You will work in a hybrid setup within a mission-driven transformation that emphasizes quality and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità
Define requirements and user stories for the SF RCA CPQ solution Support integrations and information management across Siemens SI IT applications including ERP interfaces Collaborate with agile team, Product Owner, Solution Architect,
Product Manager and Development Team to align business needs with IT solutions Elicit SI CPQ business needs and oversee progress and quality of the project Bridge business and IT and work with the SI 3S CPQ architect on efficient IT solutions Break down business features into workable user stories and operate within an Agile SAFE framework Support evolving the functional solution architecture
Requisiti fondamentali
Multiple years’ experience with Salesforce CPQ+ (prefer RCA/ARM) as a solutions consultant or user Knowledge of SFDC development and/or Admin is a plus Experience defining features and user stories in large-scale SDLC international projects (prefer CPQ) Experience presenting solutions to POs or decision makers and selling ideas Orchestrating internal and external teams on interfaces/processes toward a common solution Experience in Agile DEVOPS SCRUM environment Experience in Siemens processes, preferably in the Sales environment Strong focus on Siemens quality guidelines Strong team player with international environment experience Pragmatic mindset with output orientation Strong communication Cross-functional collaboration Stakeholder engagement Salesforce CPQ+ RCA/ARM (preferred) SFDC development and/or Admin
