Overview In this role you will service cutting-edge proteomics instruments at customer sites to keep operations running and enable breakthroughs in human health. You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams, tackling complex hardware, software and chemistry issues. You’ll be on the road roughly 60% of the time, diagnosing problems and delivering durable, root-cause fixes. This is a hands-on, field-facing role with meaningful impact on product performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll thrive when solving challenging problems in dynamic environments.

Requisiti fondamentali
Science/engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience Solid grounding in optical, electrical & mechanical systems Knack for root cause analysis People-savvy customer-facing able to work under pressure Optical systems Electrical systems Mechanical systems
