Overview In this role you drive capital investments to ensure the plant’s technical assets meet business needs. You manage on-site engineering projects for new infrastructures and equipment upgrades, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, safe, and cost-controlled implementations, while advancing process development and manufacturing efficiency. This is a hands-on, cross-site engineering role with a strong emphasis on project delivery and impact on production performance.

Responsabilità
Manage investment projects for production lines, processes and utilities from concept to start-up Lead process development activities including feasibility analysis and continuous improvement Collaborate with Nova Production, Maintenance and Procurement to ensure compliant,
on-time project execution and achievement of targets Coordinate suppliers and stakeholders to deliver within budget and safety standards Support manufacturing performance targets through alignment with company standards and cross-functional teams
Requisiti fondamentali
1–3 years of experience in project management, product/production development or industrialization in FMCG/manufacturing Master in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (or similar) Languages: Italian native, Business English Knowledge of project management principles and ability to manage complex initiatives Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities Project & stakeholder management Problem solving and proactivity Teamwork, ownership and adaptability Basic understanding of plant utilities, industrial automation, and machinery mechanics Feasibility & cost analysis Project planning tools and manufacturing fundamentals
