Overview In this role you help manage foreign tax processes within the Business Operations team in Milan. You will process tax transactions, support client tax reclaim requests, and maintain compliant fiscal records across systems. You’ll work with tax authorities, custodians, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate processing and regulatory compliance. This position offers exposure to international tax rules and a path to contribute to sustainable, well-governed market operations.

Responsabilità
Process and reconcile foreign tax transactions (withholding tax, relief at source, tax reclaims) per market rules Support preparation and execution of client tax reclaim requests with proper documentation and regulatory adherence Maintain up-to-date fiscal documentation, filings and correspondence in relevant systems Monitor and process incoming fiscal documents ensuring regulatory compliance Liaise with tax authorities, custodians and internal teams to resolve operational issues Stay informed on fiscal regulations and market practices in France, Italy,
and the US Maintain and update fiscal/tax data in internal systems Prepare reports and reconciliations for fiscal processes and audits Identify discrepancies and escalate risks; contribute to corrective actions Collaborate with back office and compliance teams to align fiscal processes with regulatory requirements Contribute to continuous improvement of fiscal service operations procedures and controls
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, finance or related field Two to three years of experience in a back office, fiscal operations or similar role (advantage) Fluency in English; knowledge of French, Italian or Dutch is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; quick grasp of complex regulatory matters Proactive, eager to learn Experience with international teams is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team strong organizational skills attention to detail analytical thinking fiscal operations regulatory compliance data maintenance in internal systems
