Overview In this role you will oversee the delivery of Living Quarters modules across fabrication, installation, and commissioning for offshore projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive safe and high-quality execution, and ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines. You’ll coordinate integration of civil, architectural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and telecoms, plus critical systems, toward smooth handover. You will enforce HSE standards and ensure compliance with industry codes, delivering reliable accommodation facilities on challenging sites. This is a hands-on leadership position at yard or site that shapes project execution and success.
Responsabilità
Manage day-to-day construction activities for the LQ module at yard or site Supervise multidisciplinary teams across civil, architectural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and telecoms Oversee fit-out, finishes, furnishings, insulation, and architectural elements Coordinate installation of critical systems including HVAC, firefighting, PA/GA, lighting, and lifesaving equipment Collaborate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution Monitor progress,
participate in coordination meetings, and resolve site issues Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards (NORSOK, SOLAS, IMO, ABS, DNV) Enforce HSE requirements including PTW, confined space, scaffolding, and hot work controls Support mechanical completion, punch listing, pre-commissioning, and handover activities
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree-qualified (or equivalent) with 8+ years’ relevant experience Strong background in offshore Living Quarters or similar facilities Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction scopes Good understanding of offshore habitability, fire safety, and escape systems Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Confident communicator with solid reporting ability leadership planning problem-solving reading and interpreting architectural and MEP drawings coordination of multidisciplinary construction scopes knowledge of offshore habitability and fire safety systems
