Overview In this role you support site-level health, safety and environment operations to protect personnel, assets and the environment. You work with the Site EHS team to implement risk controls, emergency plans and EHS procedures aligned with Alstom standards and ISO 14001/45001. You help cultivate an EHS culture through training, inspections and incident analysis. The role offers impact across construction sites, interfaces with contractors, and contributes to safer, more sustainable mobility.
Responsabilità
Support Site EHS Manager with risk assessments and control measures Develop, deploy and maintain local EHS procedures aligned with Alstom standards and ISO standards Assist with emergency planning, audits,
and EHS reporting Provide guidance to site personnel on safe work and environmental practices Coordinate with contractors and interfaces to ensure EHS compliance Promote EHS culture through training and toolbox talks Perform inspections and EHS audits; report and follow up on discrepancies Support monthly EHS reporting and system data entry Monitor indicators (IFR, fatalities, energy, waste, etc.) and drive corrective actions Champion legal compliance checks and site EHS guidelines
Requisiti fondamentali
1 year of professional EHS experience (adjustable) Good knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 Strong understanding of local EHS regulations Experience in manufacturing sites is preferred; railway experience is a plus Ability to train and communicate EHS concepts effectively Knowledge of EHS reporting and incident investigation processes team collaboration communication proactivity ISO 14001/45001 knowledge EHS risk assessment emergency planning
