Overview As a Software Release Specialist, you will drive the global deployment of software releases across Technogym’s connected ecosystem. You’ll coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver data-driven rollouts that improve user experience worldwide. You’ll oversee end-to-end release lifecycle, from planning to monitoring, collaborating with product, marketing, QA, and operations. This role offers high visibility in a rapidly evolving, IoT-enabled environment and a chance to shape how software reaches millions of users.
Responsabilità
Manage the software release lifecycle for digital products across a global network of connected devices Coordinate release activities across development, QA, marketing,
and operations to meet adoption goals Maintain the master release calendar and lead readiness and go/no-go decisions Monitor adoption rates and deployment data to report on KPIs and minimize version fragmentation Continuously improve release processes and documentation
Requisiti fondamentali
3-5 years in software deployment, release management, or product operations with proven rollout experience Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Solid understanding of Release Management, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Lean (Continuous Improvement) and traditional Project Management (Waterfall, Stage-Gate) methodologies Strong problem-solving Attention to detail Execution-driven mindset Jira Confluence Notion
