Job Description
About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer sites.
- Perform maintenance, installations, and upgrades medical devices
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support to end users.
- Document service activities, maintenance reports, and equipment status.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.
- Train medical staff on proper operation and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support customer needs.
Requirements:
- Technical degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
- While experience in medical device servicing is beneficial, we also welcome candidates with service experience in other technical fields.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
- Fluent in Italian, advanced English
- Other language skills are a strong asset, especially for cross-border collaboration
- Proactive attitude, autonomy, and customer-oriented mindset.

Location: This position is based in Italy and requires frequent travel across Italy and Switzerland. Applications are open to candidates from all parts of Italy.
