Cargo Account and Reservation Coordinator

- Coordination with headquarters and other EU stations
- Export AWB’s Cargo and shipping coordination
- Cargo booking reservation, tracking, reporting and space control
- Help to manage Ground Handling Agent performance and provide guidelines and instructions
- Entering and querying the shipping data in the EVA Air system
- Answering phone calls
- DG check
- ULD control
- Truck transportation handling, invoices
- Check and review pre and post flight documentation
- Customer Support and service
- Planning of cargo loading
- Cargo claims management
- Queue control and booking

Requirement:

- Please provide English resume
- With experiences of cargo sales, reservation, operations or warehouse handling.
- Professional experience in the cargo sector or in the airline industry is desirable
- Ability to multitask effectively, work well under pressure, and demonstrate strong organizational and mental agility




- Experience with KPI monitoring and service level checks
- Fluent in Italian and English
- High knowledge and ability to use computer and MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to organize and prioritize within a demanding environment
- Sociability
- Team spirit and independent working style
- Driving license B

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €27.500,00 - €29.000,00 all'anno
