Overview In this role you own end-to-end demand planning for a defined country or country-category within the Southern Cluster, shaping the demand signal for cross-functional decision making. You will work with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive forecast accuracy and influence business outcomes. The position offers visibility and ownership in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with opportunities to lead and influence S&OP; processes. You will help translate commercial assumptions into robust forecasts and risks into actionable opportunities.
Responsabilità
Develop accurate demand forecasts using established planning processes Collect and analyze historical and forward-looking inputs (promotions, pricing, launches, discontinuations) Document forecast logic and translate commercial assumptions into quantified impacts Partner on new product launches, portfolio changes, and cannibalization assessments Collaborate with Sales, Marketing,
and Finance to evaluate promotions and close data gaps Prepare and present demand outlooks at S&OP; Demand Review meetings Share forecasts with appropriate detail and timing to support planning Track and communicate KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning or related field Strong understanding of demand forecasting and S&OP; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; data handling能力 Hands-on experience with ERP/planning systems (SAP, Kinaxis) Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field Experience in FMCG is a strong advantage Strong analytical mindset Clear, confident communicator Ability to manage multiple priorities Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint ERP and planning systems (SAP, Kinaxis)
