Overview In this role you support the Group’s consolidated financial statements under IFRS, ensuring accurate monthly closings and strong internal controls. You will work with the consolidation team and cross-functional partners to apply IFRS, prepare disclosures, and maintain the accounting manual. You’ll contribute to audits, tax, treasury, and M&A; accounting, while developing reporting capabilities and ICFR improvements. Responsabilità
Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual Group consolidated financial statements and consolidation journal entries (e.g., IC profit, dividends, PPA adjustments, IFRS16 lease accounting) Support the preparation and review of the Group’s Consolidated Annual Report (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, equity changes, disclosures) Ensure correct IFRS16 application at Group level by validating subsidiary lease data and consolidating lease liabilities and right-of-use assets Collaborate to maintain and update the Group accounting manual, focusing on consolidation rules and IFRS application Support the audit process with detailed documentation and responses to auditor questions on consolidation and disclosures Coordinate with Group Tax,
Group Treasury and M&A; for proper accounting treatment of tax, factoring and acquisitions Provide technical accounting training to sites together with the FP&A; team Maintain and enhance the Ammega Reporting System with the Board Specialist Support the ICFR project by managing project activities, ensuring compliant approach across entities and proposing corrective actions for deficiencies Lead ad-hoc projects within the Group Accounting and Consolidation Department and collaborate with Finance Leadership
Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years in technical accounting or similar financial roles, preferably in international or group consolidation or external audit (Big4) Experience preparing and reviewing Consolidated Financial Statements (IFRS) Strong knowledge of IFRS standards (IFRS 16, IFRS 3, IAS 36) Excellent verbal and written English skills Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) Board consolidation/reporting tool experience is a plus Lavoro da remoto possibility approx. 60% Excellent communication Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Cross-functional collaboration IFRS knowledge (IFRS 16, IFRS 3, IAS 36) Consolidation accounting ICFR
