Overview As a Corporate Associate Lawyer, you will support complex, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and related advisory work within Ashurst Perkins Coie’s Projects, Energy, Environment & Resources practice. You will collaborate with colleagues across offices on multidisciplinary matters and help steer high-profile transactions from due diligence through closing. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and mentor junior team members while upholding top-quality, precise work. Responsabilità
Advise on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations Coordinate and conduct due diligence activities Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and offices on cross-border matters Supervise and support junior team members as appropriate
Requisiti fondamentali
Law degree with excellent academic record Approximately 3 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate and M&A; at a leading international law firm Fluent in English and Italian (C1) Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities Collaborative mindset Curiosity and forward-thinking approach Strong relationship-building with clients and colleagues Corporate and M&A; advisory Legal due diligence Cross-border transactions
